Meet Jessica Ellington
I’m a Chicago food stylist, recipe developer, and classically trained pastry chef. Before founding Sweet Bee, I spent more than a decade developing recipes and creating picturesque desserts as a pastry chef at some of Chicago’s top restaurants and bakeries.
In 2018, I combined my passion for pastry and background in business to create Sweet Bee. Today, you can find me styling commercial and lifestyle photoshoots and crafting delicious recipes for well-known brands like Plugrà, Once Again Nut Butter, Pepperidge Farms, and more.
When you work with me, you can count on more than just beautiful photos and delicious food, but a smoothly running set, technically superb recipe, and a final result that’s a cut above.
